CENTRALITY OF RELIGIOSITY: ITS INFLUENCE ON MENTAL HEALTH AND ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE AMONG THE DIOCESAN SCHOOLS DURING THE PANDEMIC

The researcher explored the influence of religiosity on mental health and organizational climate among diocesan schools during pandemic. This study made used descriptive-correlational method research which utilized standardized questionnaires as primary data gathering technique. involved 269 respondents from 22 institutions Malolos Diocesan Catholic Schools Association (MADISCA). multiple correlation regression analysis was to determine climate. Data revealed that centrality often occurs evidenced by an overall mean score 4.33 while applied some degree or time with a 0.87 occur 1.88. also there is significant relationship between (p-value 0.001), 0.0037), Moreover, obtained Beta coefficient 0.120 p-value 0.003 for 0.103 0.101 suggested contribute implementation holistic comprehensive awareness program through Wellness Promotion Prevention Office (WPPO) crafted based findings study.
